Imran Khan bars Qureshi from making statements against Tareen

(Dunya News) – Concerned by the deepening ruptures within the party ahead of General Elections 2018, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan on Tuesday summoned party’s vice-president Shah Mehmood Qureshi to his residence, well-informed sources told our correspondent.
Sources stated that cricketer-turned-politician barred Qureshi from making statements against Jahangir Tareen while warning at the same time that only foes will benefit from such statements ahead of general polls.
Qureshi—who made his differences with Tareen public—had stated that he need not to worry from a person who even can’t contest elections.
Keeping verbal onslaught up, Qureshi taunted that Tareen was not even in the game [read politics].
