Rain in Lahore turns weather pleasant
Rain with gusty winds on Sunday morning in Lahore brought the mercury down.
LAHORE (Dunya News) - Rain with gusty winds lashed Lahore in the wee hours of Sunday, bringing the mercury down and providing much needed relief to the citizens from hot weather.
Rain was also reported from other parts of the country. Heavy rain with strong wind also lashed out Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Murree and turned the weather pleasant.
Pakistan Meteorological Department has predicted more rain at scattered places in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Lahore, Faisalabad, Sargodha divisions, Islamabad, Kashmir, while at isolated places in DG Khan, Multan, Sahiwal divisions and Gilgit-Baltistan. Very hot and dry weather is expected in elsewhere in the country during the next 24 hours.
