Sindh, KP assemblies dissolved after completion of term
National Assembly and provincial assemblies of Punjab and Balochistan will stand dissolved on May 31
KARACHI/PESHAWAR (Dunya News) – The provincial assemblies of Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) were dissolved at midnight on Monday after completion of their five-year constitutional term.
Chief Minister Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah and Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pervez Khattak will keep holding their respective offices till the caretaker chief ministers take charge.
National Assembly and provincial assemblies of Punjab and Balochistan will stand dissolved on May 31 (Thursday).
