The city govt has been directed to remove all stalls from footpaths for benefit of pedestrian.

The Sindh High Court (SHC) on Wednesday directed the Karachi City Government to remove all encroachments from footpaths within 10 days.On a petition of Maulana Muhammad Ali Johar Society, a division bench comprising of SHC Justice Gulzar Ahmed and Justice Imam Bakhsh Baloch directed the city government to remove all cabins and stalls from footpaths for the benefit of pedestrians.
