Chief prosecutor in Intezar murder case transferred

State counsel Abdul Razzaq Gujjar was transferred from court number 6 to court number 9.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – The Sindh government on Friday suddenly transferred the chief prosecutor in Intezar murder case.
According to details, state counsel Abdul Razzaq Gujjar was transferred from court number 6 to court number 9.
Sources report that Gujjar had refused to provide lenieny to the suspects in the case who have the backing of influential officers.

The challan against the suspects has yet not been produced in the court. Meanwhile, considerations are being made to include sections of murder and accidental murder in the case.
Earlier, Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) report in Intezar murder case claimed that police SSP was involved in saving Muqadas Haider who is one of the major suspects accused of murder.
CTD has prepared the concise report that will be submitted to the court. It declares police officials Bilal and Daniyal responsible for the murder of Intezar.
The law enforcement department was tasked to prepare the report regarding police shootout in the Defence area on January 13 which resulted in murder of Intezar. CTD sources said police deliberately murdered the young boy.
