Intezar Ahmed case: CCTV footage surfaces 15 days after killing
The footage shows black vehicles and motorcyclists having intercepted Intezar Ahmed.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Grieving father of slain youth Intezar Ahmed has acquired CCTV footage on Sunday some 15 days after the boy was killed in Defence Housing Authority (DHA) of Karachi.
The footage shows a white vehicle which was driven by the slain youth on the night he was killed having intercepted by a black vehicle at a turn and motorcyclists, just seconds apart, approached Intezar’s vehicle from the rear and opened fire.
The development has followed investigations into the case that so far have revealed that a girl named Madiha was occupying the passenger seat next to the killed youth who walked off the site following the incident.
Statement of Madiha which was recorded by a probe committee revealed that a girl named Laila had befriended Ahmed and shared close terms with a senior police official as well.
Reportedly, Madiha was playing a messenger and was tasked to convey it to the slain youth to shut his terms with Laila.
