Malir SSP Rao Anwar survives suicide attack
Rao Anwar survived the attack and police circled the area.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – A suicide attack was reported on Tuesday in Malir Cantonment as a bomber targeted motorcade of Malir Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Rao Anwar.
Reportedly, the attack was carried out as SSP Anwar departed from his office for his residence.
Preliminary probe suggests that three terrorists ambushed the motorcade in cantonment and Anwar survived the attack being in a bullet proof vehicle. Police gunned down two terrorists after the suicide attack.
