SHC seeks report of Air Blue crash

The Sindh High Court has asked Air Blue, the Civil Aviation Authority, and Ministry of Defence to submit the report of Air Blue plane crash.

The SHC bench headed by SHC Chief justice Mashir Alam was hearing a writ petition, seeking to hold credible investigation and disclose the cause of the plane crash. The petitioner has also requested that Air Blue be directed to provide information about the compensation given to the heirs of the crash victims. The petitioner informed the court that the report of Airbus A-321 aircraft crash has been prepared but wasn’t made public. He said that the report had held pilot responsible for the incident.
