'Will leave no stone unturned to de-seat Gulalai'

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Speaking to the media outside the Election Commission, senior PTI leader Fawad Chaudhary stressed that PTI will leave no stone unturned in having gulalai removed from the seat of MNA.

“To let her remain a member of National Assembly from PTI is an insult to the constitution and PTI will challenge Election Commission’s decision,” Chaudhary added.

The Election Commission of Pakistan dismissed the disqualification reference filed against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) member and MNA Ayesha Gulalai on Tuesday. Gulalai will remain a member of the National Assembly from PTI.

Responding to Gulalai’s allegations related to drugs, Fawad said that if drugs were smuggled in PTI sit ins then she too, used to come to the “sit in” in the same caravans so naturally she would herself be involved in the smuggling.

In her allegation regarding the Taliban, Fawad responded that the accusation is supposed to be of the time when she was also a party member but if she was really self righteous, she would have spoken up right then.

Fawad Chaudhary reasoned that the allegations are false because she is only coming up with such allegations after she has been asked to leave the MNA seat.
