"I stand with my mother, Benazir Bhutto," said Ayesha Gulalai

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Disgruntled Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) MNA Ayesha Gulalai has backed the statement of former President Pervez Musharraf in which he blamed Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari in murder of Benazir Bhutto.

She claimed Zardari and his sisters were involved in murdering Benazir, and the statement of Musharraf is true. "I believe that his (Musharaff s) allegations are correct. I stand with my mother, Benazir Bhutto," she added.

Talking further, she said that even her path was subjected to hurdles after Benazir s murder, highlighting that people close of then PPP chief had been neglected.

Meanwhile, former President Zardari also reacted to the claims by denying all allegations levelled by Gen retd Pervez Musharraf. He said that if Musharraf is brave enough he should come to Pakistan and appear before the courts. He said in the past, such allegations have been levelled against PPP frequently. “After the murder of Murtaza Bhutto, people accused me and the late Benazir Bhutto for his murder,” he claimed.
