Fire fighters, 1122 workers extinguish fire

An under construction building in Rawalpindi caught fire that burnt the first floor of the building, no casualty was reported.

According to the Rescue 1122 station in charge, short-circuit, in a café on ground floor, appeared to be the cause of fire eruption. Only the ground floor of the building was completed where a gym and café had opened for commercial use. Rescue 1122 and Fire Brigade staff jointly completed the extinguishing operation.
