SC moved against Nawaz Sharif over boy's death

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News)- Petition has been filed in Supreme Court s (SC) Lahore registry on Saturday seeking registration of case against Nawaz Sharif and aides over death of 12-year-old Hamid.
The petition was filed by Mahmood Akhtar Naqvi.
Petitioner urged SC to conduct hearing of the case in High Court instead of trial court.
Naqvi pledged to summon transcript of Nawaz Sharif’s speeches in the ongoing homecoming rally and register treason case against him under article-6.
Naqvi accused Nawaz of contempt of court at numerous public places and requested court to put him on Exit Control List (ECL) whereas pledge was also made to bar members of parliament from making amendments in article-62, 63.
It should be recalled that 12-year-old Hamid lost his life in a hapless incident when a car, in Nawaz’s motorcade, ran over him. The incident occurred in Lalamusa.
