PM sole beneficiary of flat 16 owing to exclusive use: JIT report
No member of the family admitted to living in apartment number 16 except for the premier: JIT
(Web Desk) – Panamagate Joint Investigation Team (JIT) has held Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif sole beneficiary of the apartment number 16 in Mayfair of London as far as possession is concerned owing to the exclusive use of the facility.
According to the report of the probe team, no member of the family admitted to living in apartment number 16 except for the premier and this exclusive access makes him the sole beneficiary.
The report writes that the premier usually stayed in apartment number 16 whenever he visited London.
The only person of the family who is reported to have stayed there is Mian Muhammad Sharif at the time when he had fallen ill in the nineties.
“This exclusive use of the apartment makes him the sole beneficiary of the apartment as far as the possession is concerned,” the JIT report reads.
