Lahore: 8 suspects nabbed in search, combing operation
Law enforcement agencies arrested eight suspects during search and combing operation in Lahore.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Police, Counter-Terrorism Department and Rangers conducted joint search and combing operation in different parts of Lahore on Friday and arrested at least eight suspects, Dunya News reported.
The search and combing operation was carried out in localities around Ravi Road, Sabzi Mandi, Qadirabad, Pathan Colony and Nishtar Colony during which biometric device was used for the identification of the residents.
The law enforcement agencies arrested a suspect from the Ravi Road and recovered a pistol from his possession. The arrested person was later shifted to police station.
At least seven suspects were taken into custody by the law enforcement agencies during search operation in Nishtar Colony. They were shifted to police station for further investigation.
