Providing immunity to Raymond Davis after the murder of 2 people through the Vienna convention has been challenged in the Lahore High Court.

Barrister Iqbal Jaffery filed an application in the Lahore high court challenging the attempt to provide immunity to Raymond Davis who murdered 2 people, through the Vienna convention.Vienna convention cannot be implemented in the case of Raymond Davis because earlier it was discovered that the name and address of Raymond Davis on the visa was not verified and he came in the country through illegal means. The court cannot provide immunity to Raymond Davis through the Vienna convention; instead the court has ordered not to give immunity to Raymond Davis.
