Preparations in full swing ahead of PM Nawaz's appearance before JIT

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Preparations are underway with full swing in Islamabad ahead of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s appearance before Joint Investigation Team (JIT) probing his offshore assets.
Mayor Rawalpindi and Islamabad arrived outside the judicial academy and reviewed the sanitation and other arrangements. Dilapidated roads in the vicinity of the building have been repaired.
Hanif Abbasi and other PML-N leaders also visited the area and assessed the preparations. Banners expressing solidarity with the prime minister have also been displayed at various places.
Many party leaders have inscribed their names on the posters bearing slogan ‘Nawaz Sharif Teri Azmat Ko Salam’.
Law enforcement agencies (LEAs) have also beefed up efforts to ensure infallible security arrangements at judicial academy and its surrounding areas.
It is pertinent here to mention that Panamagate JIT has summoned PM Nawaz Sharif on June 15 in relation to the ongoing probe into Sharif’s offshore assets while his sons, Hussain Nawaz and Hassan Nawaz, have already made five and one appearances respectively.
