Weather will remain hot and dry in most parts of the country during the next 24 hours.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has predicted hot and dry weather in most parts of the country during the next 24 hours, Dunya News reported.

The Met Office said that a shallow westerly wave is affecting western and upper parts of the country. Mainly hot and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country during the next 24 hours. However, rain-thunderstorm with gusty winds is expected at isolated places in Rawalpindi division, Islamabad, upper FATA, Kashmir and its adjoining hilly areas.

Meanwhile, weather remained hot and dry in most parts of the country during the past 24 hours. Shaheed Benazirabad remained the hottest place in the country with mercury soaring up to 47°C.
