PTI Chairman Imran Khan argued Dawn Leaks is a matter of national security

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is all set to organise intra-party elections on June 11.

PTI Chairman Imran Khan made the announcement on Saturday regarding the intra-party elections. He demanded the authorities to make public the investigation of JIT on Panama Leaks case.

He further argued that Dawn Leaks was a matter of national security and its inquiry report should be presented in front of the people.

PTI held a consultation meeting chaired by Imran Khan on Saturday in which political situation and future strategy were discussed.

The chairperson informed all leaders about the party’s viewpoint on issues of significance. PTI has been focusing on launching a public campaign for the general elections.

Imran Khan directed PTI Election Commissioner Azam Swati to carry out necessary preparations for intra-party polls.

PTI leaders who attended the meeting include Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Jehangir Khan Tareen, Asad Umar, Shafqat Mehmood, Naeem-ul-Haq, Shireen Mazari, Arif Alvi and Azam Swati.

The top leadership discussed party’s stance on the cases involving PTI which are being heard in the apex court.
