Lahore: Police nab 57 suspects during search operation
At least 57 suspects were apprehended during police search operation in Lahore on Tuesday.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Police conducted search operation in different localities of Lahore on Tuesday during which 57 suspects were taken into custody, Dunya News reported.
The search operation was carried out in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Iqbal Town, Faisal Town, Satto Katla, Ghalib Market, Gulberg, Naseerabad and Gulshan-e-Ravi areas.
Police used biometric device for the identification of residents of these localities and apprehended 57 suspects who failed to produce any identification document.
The arrested suspects were shifted to police station for further investigation. Police sources said that the search operation in different localities was launched to maintain law and order situation in the city.
