Lahore: Terrorist killed in intelligence agencies, CTD operation
Explosive material, three suicide jackets and arms were also recovered during the operation.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – One terrorist was killed and three others, including a woman, were arrested after an exchange of fire with intelligence agencies and Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) in Factory Area of Lahore on early Saturday morning, Dunya News reported.
According to details, intelligence agencies and CTD carried out an operation in Factory Area on intelligence reports during which terrorists present in a house opened fire on the law enforcement agencies. The law enforcers returned the fire as a result one terrorist was killed while three others, including a woman, were taken into custody.
Four personnel of law enforcement agencies were also wounded in exchange of fire with terrorists.
Sources said that the dead terrorist looked like an Uzbek national and was wearing ‘Shalwar and Qameez’. Explosive material, three suicide jackets and other arms were also recovered during the operation.
