Land scandal case: Judicial commission starts investigation process

LAHORE (Dunya News) – The judicial commission formed by the orders of the Chief Justice Lahore High Court, has started the investigation process in the land scandal case, reported Dunya News.
As per details, the high-level judicial commission headed by Session Judge Lahore Abid Hussain Qureshi, has summoned the parties in the land scandal case on March 28.
It is pertinent here to mention that Chief Justice Mansoor Ali Shah formed a judicial commission to investigate the biggest land scandal in Pakistan’s history on Saturday.
The land scandal relating to a fake verdict of 193,000 kanals of land was broken by Dunya News.
The other members of the commission include retired session judge Syed Nasir Ali Shah, Javed Rasheed Mehboobi and Zawaal Shah.
The judicial commission will complete the investigation process in the mentioned case within one month.
