Unruly children bound to give monthly expenses to elderly parents
District governments will be responsible for the effective implementation of the law.
ISLAMABAD (Daily Dunya) – According to the new decision taken by the authorities, the unruly children will be bound to give monthly spending to their elderly parents.
The aged parents will be allowed to approach family courts against their disobedient children where a degree will be issued after the estimation of their children’s gross salary. The kids will then be ordered to give monthly expenses to their parents.
District governments will be responsible for the effective implementation of the law.
Sources told that a high-level committed formed by Prime Minister (PM) has forwarded the draft to experts for the approval of the law in Parliament.
