Karachi: One killed, two injured in firing incidents
Firing in different parts of Karachi in Thursday has claimed one life and wounded two people.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – According to details, some unidentified persons opened fire in Steel Town area of Karachi on Thursday and killed 18-year-old Mujtaba.
In Korangi No 5, two people were wounded when dacoits opened fire during a robbery attempt. A woman was among the injured. Separately, police have also found a dead body from a house in Buffer Zone area.
On the other hand, renowned poetess Zaib-un-Nisa Zaibi and her daughter were looted by dacoits near Isphani Road. The dacoits who were riding on motorcycle snatched Rs 50,000 and mobile phone from them and fled away.
A gang war accused Irfan Chachi was killed in an encounter with police in Lyari’s Sangulane area. Irfan Chachi belonged to Faisal Pathan group. Police also apprehended an accused after an encounter in North Nazimabad.
Police also conducted operation in New Karachi Sector 11-H, Shah Latif Town and Federal B area and apprehended at least 10 accused.
