Case filed against Barrister Ahtisham and two others in violence case
The case was filed when an inquiry was ordered by the session judge into the matter
LAHORE (Dunya News) – As CCTV footage of the incident in which additional session judge Irfan Anjum was abused, threatened and even beaten by lawyers group, the authorities have taken strict action against those involved.
According to details, a case has been filed against Barrister Ahtisham and his two accomplices in violence against additional session judge case.
The case was filed when an inquiry was ordered by the session judge into the matter and which proved that three of the lawyers were guilty in the case.
A three member bench headed by Justice Kazim Raza Shamsi took notice of the matter over the complaint of Additional Session Judge Irfan Anjum.
The three member bench issued a show cause notice to Barrister Ahtisham, Advocate Mehar Ahsan and Inam Ahmad and summoned three of them on Jan 31.
