Imran approves to seek disqualification of CM Shehbaz
A charge sheet against CM Shehbaz Sharif came under consideration in partys meeting
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf has decided to adopt an aggressive strategy against Chief Minister Punjab Shehbaz Sharif and in this regard, the party’s chairman has approved to file a reference against him.
According to details, a charge sheet against CM Shehbaz Sharif came under consideration in party’s meeting of the provincial assembly members of Punjab.
The meeting was chaired by Imran Khan in which the PTI parliamentary committee briefed him about the charges against Chief Minister Punjab.
It has been reported that the illegal shifting of sugar mills and certain other cases have been termed as a basis for the reference.
The reference will be filed by the Leader of the Opposition Mian Mahmood-ur-Rasheed alongside other leaders of the party to the Speaker Punjab Assembly.
The charge sheet against Shehbaz Sharif will be imposed on Thursday and will be filed in the Speaker House on Friday.
According to details, the legal team has drafted a reference in this regard and has been signed by the members of Punjab Assembly.
