Land scandal: Investigation against three judicial employees launched
Additional session judge Waseem-ur-Rehman has been appointed head of departmental inquiry committee.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Investigation has been launched against all the three judicial employees involved in land scam over legal inquiry commission’s suggestions.
According to details, additional session judge Waseem-ur-Rehman has been appointed as head of departmental inquiry committee. He said that probe from the judicial employees would assist in surfacing real facts behind the scandal.
He said hearings are being carried out daily against the decisions of fake courts regarding 1 lac 93 thousand kanal land.
On the other hand, government committee’s investigation has been limited to files only despite Chief Minister of Punjab (CM) Shehbaz Sharif’s directives.
The accused Chaudhry Arshad is freely moving in the country due to ineffectiveness of police and anti-corruption department.
