KP CM has started consulting lawyers, Mushtaq Ghani says Accountability Commission independent

PESHAWAR: (Dunya News) – Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Chief Minister (CM) Pervaiz Khattak has on Monday announced to move court against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Ziaullah Afridi. He has already started consultations with the lawyers while his special advisor Mushtaq Ghani has said that Accountability Commission is independent, reported Dunya News.

Ziaullah Afridi’s allegations on KP CM have created ripples once again. Not only did he openly criticise Khattak but also said that Accountability Commission was a tool for political vitimisation. In response, Khattak has decided to go to court against Afridi.

According to KP CM’s special advisor Mushtaq Ghani, Khattak has already started consulting his lawyers. He also said that Accountability Commission worked as an independent body. He challenged Ziaullah Afridi to bring evidence against Khattak if he had any.
