No Muslim can carry out terror attacks: Qaim

Condemning the Karachi attack, Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah said that no Muslim could carry out such a heinous act. Talking to media after visiting the blast site, Qaim assured financial compensation to victims heirs and those injured in the attack. The terrorists aim was to get their men freed from captivity, but they failed, the CM maintained. Qaim hailed the police and law enforcement agencies personnel who faced the terrorists audaciously and managed to overcome them.
