CM Shehbaz arrives at Punjab Assembly, snaps selfies with MPAs
Dunya News too remained the centre of discussion in the house
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Chief Minister (CM) Punjab Shehbaz Sharif was warmly welcomed by MPAs on his arrival at Punjab Assembly which makes it the 11th time he has visited the House in 3 years, reported Dunya News.
Several MPAs were seen glad and delightful upon his arrival at the assembly as they met Punjab CM one after another. A few took pictures with CM while others handed over ’applications’ and pleas to him.
On the other hand, Opposition leader criticised the provincial government for not taking them into confidence in issues related to the province. The CM then left without addressing the house due to Opposition’s continious interruption and intense criticism.
Dunya News too remained the centre of discussion in the house as members of the assembly referenced Dunya TV over corruption allegations in pension funds.
Despite CM’s presence, assembly’s quorum was interrupted after which the session has been postponed until Thursday 10am.
