The Federal Government has asked the Supreme Court to grant more time in NRO review case. It is maintained in the petition filed with the help of Advocate On Record Raja Abdul Gafoor that Government lawyer Azfar would not be available to follow the NRO review case, so the time is required to get the services of a new lawyer. Hearing of NRO review case is scheduled to be started in the SC from October 13 and the Chief Justice has formed a 13-member bench for the purpose. Legal experts are of the view that the bench would take the decision on todays plea.
