LAHORE: (Dunya News) – Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Shahbaz Sharif has on Sunday taken notice of the delay in kidney and liver transplant project. Reprimanding the relevant officials, CM said that there was no justification for the delay in the project, reported Dunya News.
Examining the progress on liver and kidney transplant project in a high level meeting, CM expressed anger over some of the matters and reprimanded the relevant officials. He said that the government must function in a professional manner. He said that he will personally preside over the steering committee in future.
Shahbaz Sharif said that this project is highly important for providing the kidney and liver transplant facility to the poor.
