LHC orders immediate completion of pending Sargodha power project
LHC directed the authorities to issue funds for Sargodha project without any political pressure.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Lahore High Court (LHC) on Wednesday has ordered immediate completion of pending energy project in Sargodha.
During the hearing, petitioner’s lawyer told the court that the delayed construction of energy project is causing power outage in the metropolis, therefore, the court should order its earlier completion.
The court subsequently directed the authorities to issue funds for Sargodha project without any political pressure.
