Khawaja Hassan elected UC-107 chairman unopposed
According to unofficial results, opponent candidate withdrew his nomination papers.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Former president of Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) Lahore, Khawaja Hassan has been elected as UC-107 chairman after opposition candidate Muhammad Nawaz withdrew his nomination papers for the local government elections.
It is pertinent to mention here that Khawaja Hassan has previously served as Lahore’s mayor and he has resigned from different government posts to participate in the local government elections.
