Investigating officer arrested for non-appearance before the court
The ATC has already issued show cause notice to him alongwith a non-bailable arrest warrant.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Investigating officer of Pakistan Bazar police station Inspector Aurangzeb was arrested today (Thursday) on the orders of an anti-terrorism court (ATC) in Karachi, Dunya News reported.
The investigating officer was not appearing for many months before the court for the hearing of various cases however; on the orders of ATC judge he was detained by the court police and locked in the jail today when he came for hearing.
The ATC has already issued show cause notice to him alongwith a non-bailable arrest warrant for not appearing before the court.
