PML-N leader said he wants the errors in system to be ratified, talked to Kamran Shahid on Dunya

LAHORE: (Web Desk) – Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) leader Sardar Ayaz Sadiq has on Saturday said that he will move Supreme Court against the tribunal decision on Na-122. He said that he wants the errors in the system to be ratified, just like Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan. He said that he has no personal grudges against Imran Khan, reported Dunya News.

While talking to Kamran Shahid on Dunya special transmission, Sardar Ayaz Sadiq said that he will no longer be Speaker of the National Assembly since he has been de-notified as the MNA. He said that he will go to Supreme Court against the decision.

When Kamran Shahid told him that Imran Khan has sympathized with Ayaz Sadiq and said that he had moved to the tribunal against the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) and not against Ayaz Sadiq, Sadiq responded to him saying that he also has no grudges with Imran Khan. “I have had a very long relationship with Imran Khan. It will take an equally long time to undo that relation”, he said.

Sardar Ayaz Sadiq said that it was his right to go to the Supreme Court and he will exercise this right.

Upon the question of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) resignations, Ayaz Sadiq said that PTI leaders had not submitted their resignations to him personally. When the former President PTI Makhdoom Javed Hashmi came to the Assembly and announced his resignation on the floor of the house, he promptly accepted his resignation but when PTI’s Vice Chairman came to the Assembly along with all the other PTI members of the assembly, they didn’t confirm their resignations to him despite his invitation.

Ayaz Sadiq said that he followed the constitution during his term as the Speaker and he will continue to do the same if he gets stay order from Supreme Court.
