Two target killers among 38 arrested in Karachi
At least 38 people were arrested during Rangers and police operations in Karachi on Monday.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – According to details, police conducted a an operation in Neelam Colony and its adjacent areas on Monday night and arrested at least 38 people, including two target killers.
Police also arrested a target killer, Sajid alias Bakra, during an operation in Ibrahim Haidari area of Korangi. Sajid was involved in target killing of six people. Police sources said that Sajid had killed four people in 2011.
Another accused was arrested during a police operation on Korangi Link Road. According to SSP Korange, the arrested accused Zubair alias Chota Muna was involved and several cases of target killing, extortion and other street crimes.
On the other hand five foreigners were arrested during operations from Docks and Baldia areas. Meanwhile, Rangers launched an operation in Model Colony area of Malir and arrested an activist of a political party.
