Case against Bahria Town filed for grabbing Forest Ministry's land

Court has now sought report from advocate general office Punjab and Rawalpindi police.

RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – A case has been filed at airport police station against Bahria Town for grabbing Forest Ministry’s land, Dunya News reported on Thursday.

An FIR was filed on the appeal of Forest Ministry’s leader Muhammad Jameel after a time span of 10 years whereas Malik Shafiq had earlier also submitted a plea in 2005 but no action was taken in this regard.

As per details, the petition alleged Bahria Town of grabbing land however, the authorities was failed to probe the case.

The apex court has now sought report from advocate general office Punjab and Rawalpindi police.
