Imran Khan, Reham Khan reach flood-hit Chitral

Imran Khan and Pervaiz Khattak are set to participate in Pakistan Army�s briefing on Thursday

CHITRAL (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan along with his spouse Reham Khan on Wednesday reached Chitral to show solidarity with the flood affectees, Dunya News reported.

Other than the Khans, PTI’s Central General Secretary Jehangir Tareen, Speaker Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly Asad Qaisar and provincial ministers Mushtaq Ahmad Ghani and Shah Farman also accompanied them.

According to details, PTI chief reached Chitral to show solidarity with the flood-hit people on Wednesday afternoon. They were received at the airport by Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pervaiz Khattak and Provincial Education Minister Muhammad Atif and Minister for Local Bodies Inayatullah.


The PTI leaders later held a detailed meeting over the flood situation. General Officer Commanding Major General Nadir Khan briefed them on the relief activities carried out by the Pakistan Army and the destructed infrastructure.
