Plea against imposing GIDC tax on masses filed in LHC
The plaintiff demanded the court to annul the decision in the favor of public.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) on Tuesday registered a petition in Lahore High Court (LHC) against the imposition of Gas Infrastructure Development Cess tax on general masses, Dunya News reported.
As per details, the plaintiff’s lawyer Azhar Siddiq stated that NEPRA is already taking Rs 4 surcharge from the people and now the imposition of GIDC tax would surely create difficulties for the citizens.
He further pleaded to annul the decision in the favor of public.
