Karachi: Fire Brigade extinguishes fire in SITE factory after hour
Fire Brigade authorities are guessing the fire erupted due to a short circuit
KARACHI (Dunya News) – A garment godown near Zia Mor on early Saturday caught sudden fire while as many as seven Fire Brigade vehicles successfully extinguished fire after an hour.
The Fire Brigade dispatched as many as five vehicles after learning about the news however, later two more were sent. The personnel were able to extinguish the fire after an hour of struggle.
Luckily there was no worker present in the factory at the time. However, goods worth lacs of rupees were burnt to ashes.
It is not clear what caused the fire but the Fire Brigade authorities are guessing the fire erupted due to a short circuit.
