Journalists continue protests against PAs resolution against media
The journalists continue to hold protests today against the resolution passed unanimously by the Punjab Assembly against media. A resolution in favour of media by PML-Q will be presented in Punjab Assembly today.Punjab government has called a meeting to resolve this issue tomorrow in which journalists have been invited to participate. According to the sources, PML-N wants to pass a new resolution with mutual consent of the journalists; however if the journalists do not agree upon this, then PML-N will not disagree with PML-Qs resolution. While on the other side, journalists vowed to continue their protests till the resolution is withdrawn and action is taken against all those who had prepared the resolution.
