Can buy nukes from 'corrupt officers in Pakistan', claims IS

The article titled 'The Perfect Storm' comes from British hostage John Cantlie
LAHORE (Web Desk) – Militant organisation Islamic state of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) in the latest issue of its magazine called Dabiq claims to be able to buy nuclear warhead from Pakistan as the banned outfit has billions of dollars and Pakistan has countless “corrupt officers”.
The article titled ‘The Perfect Storm’ comes from British hostage John Cantlie, a photojournalist. Cantlie has been kept hostage by the militant group for more than two years and assists propelling the terror propaganda, be it through photos, videos or articles.
The piece of writing asserts that IS has grown to be the most explosive Islamist movement in the world.
Claiming to be able to buy nukes from Pakistan could be hard to swallow, he writes, but it certainly is a more plausible statement today than it would have been a year ago. The article further states, if not a nuclear warhead, “how about a few thousand tons of ammonium nitrate explosive?”
