Sohail Anwar Sial made Sindh Home Minister

The decision to appoint the home minister came after law and order situation in Karachi
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Sindh government has appointed Sohail Anwar Sial as Sindh Home Minister and Minister for Prisons who has also taken oath of his new post, Dunya News reported.
Reportedly, the provincial government has assigned the task of countering Pakistan People’s Party’s (PPP) dissident leader Zulfiqar Mirza.
According to details, Chief Minister Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah held the position himself for four years before finally appointing the new Home Minister.
The decision to appoint the home minister came after law and order situation in Karachi.
Sohail Anwar is son of Anwar Ali, close ally of PPP founder Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto. Sohail Anwar was elected in Larkana’s by-election on a seat vacated after death of Altaf Intar.
Reportedly, Anwar is regarded as close aides of Faryal Talpur.
