Tehreek-e-Insaaf chairman Imran Khan has filed a petition in the Supreme Court against drone attacks inside Pakistan. It is maintained in the petition that drone attacks in tribal areas violate peoples constitutional and basic rights, so the court should direct the government to stop the drone attacks. In the petition, it is requested to the court that if there is any valid agreement of the government with the US to carry on drone attacks inside Pakistan, the said agreement should be presented before the court. Federal and provincial governments are made party in the petitions.
