Presidents dual office: Federation to file plea against LHC full bench
The Federation has decided to challenge the formation of a full bench regarding the Presidents dual offices case. The federation would file an appeal in this regard. Lahore High Court on Monday dismissed the plea against the maintainability of the case. The LHC also rejected the federal governments objection regarding the cases hearing. The governments lawyer Talib Rizvi had earlier argued that the court was not authorized to hear the case. The court is hearing petitions against Asif Zardaris holding of dual offices of President of Pakistan and Co-chairman of the Pakistan Peoples Party.
