IHC annuls govt's decision to send Chairman OGRA on forced leave

Petrol crisis became the reason of Chairman OGRA's forced leave.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Islamabad High Court (IHC) has declared government’s decision to send Chairman Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) Saeed Ahmed Khan on forced leave as null and void, Dunya News reported on Tuesday.

Jsutice Noor-ul-Haq Qureshi heard the case annulling the government’s decision.

Earlier, Saeed Ahmed Khan was sent on forced leave following a petrol crisis over which, he filed a plea in IHC appealing to take action on the case.
