CM Punjab directs to take indiscriminate action against miscreants
CM also ordered to arrest the killers of Naeem who was set on fire by the mob after Youhanabad blast
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Chief Minister of Punjab (CM) Shahbaz Sharif on Tuesday has directed to take all the necessary measurements for the safety of public’s life and property.
During a meeting on law and order situation in the city, CM Punjab stated that no one would be allowed to destroy the peace of the country and ordered to ensure the implementation of law.
He further instructed the administration to take action indiscriminate action against the extremists.
Moreover, Provincial Interior Minister Col (r) Shuja Khanzada, Member of National Assembly (MNA) Hamza Shahbaz, Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) Rana Sanaullah, Chief Secretary and Inspector General Police also attended the meeting.
Earlier, CM Shahbaz Sharif has directed to arrest the killers of Naeem who was set on fire by the mob after Youhanabad blast. The unfortunate man was suspected of being a terrorists’ aide and was burnt to death by the Christian mob on Sunday. The deceased was recognized as a common man, belonging to Kusoor.
CM Punjab directed the arrest of the murderers after the news was aired on Dunya News. He also said that killing a person only on the basis of suspicion was an act of inhumanity. He said that nobody could be allowed to take law and order into their hands.
On the other hand, Home Minister Punjab Shuja Khanzada has said that the protesters involved in Naeem’s killing will be identified through videos and cases will be registered against those involved in damaging public property.
