The fishermen were caught violating the sea boundary of Pakistan

KARACHI (Dunya News) -- The government of Pakistan, out of goodwill, has taken the decision to release Indian fishermen from captivity. District Jail Malir will release 172 fishermen tomorrow.

The fishermen were caught violating the sea boundary of Pakistan. They were later tried by courts.

These prisoners have now completed their term in jail and Indian authorities have given them clearance as well.

The captives will be released at 1100 hrs tomorrow from District Jail and will be transported to Lahore via train.

The persons in question will be handed over to Indian authorities at Wagha Border up their arrival.
