Death toll escalates to 323 as another child dies in famine-struck Thar
Scarcity of food and water persists in affected areas of Chachro and Dhali districts.
THARPARKAR (Dunya News) – Another one-month old, Imran, died of famine in Thar on Wednesday escalating the death toll to 323 in a span of 112 days.
Scarcity of food and water persisted in affected areas of Chachro and Dhali districts whereas the aid to be provided by the government could not reach the famine-struck areas adding to the problems of the affected people.
