SC accepts NAB's appeal to hear Steel Mills Corruption case

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Supreme Court (SC) has accepted the plea of National Accountability Bureau (NAB) regarding the hearing of Steel Mills Corruption case against former President Asif Ali Zardari.

According to details, the plea was accepted for initial hearing by a three-member bench presided by Justice Aijaz Chaudhary.

NAB prosecutor stated that Asif Ali Zardari has been charged of seizing Rs 4 crore from the Steel Mills chairman without proof.

After listening the prosecutor’s statement, the court adjourned the hearing for indefinite time by issuing notices to the both parties.
